Any warmth the air happened to lack in leafbare seemed to be radiating from the long fur of one particular snowy feline. At times physically, perhaps, but for the most part, the warmth came spiritually. Perhaps the most spiritual feline within the tribe, there was something decidedly ethereal and yet entirely welcoming about Flurry. It was a presence, he or she, that the feline openly embraced. The more welcoming Flurry was to the tribe, the more he could help them.
A soft, contented sigh rippled from the Wavewatcher's muzzle as he did just that. Gaze skimming across the sprawling ocean spread out before him, he could not help but be fascinated. He always had been, from the day he and Flow had first been brought by their mother to see it. It was so powerful, dangerous even, and yet...there was something gentle about it, too. The sea seemed to be in an eternal balance, one that Flurry had unknowingly strived to reach even from a young tyro.
Golden eyes drifting away from the ebb and flow of the waves, Flurry turned to pad along the beach. The breeze tugged at his fur and the sand shifted unevenly beneath his paws, however he did not mind. Wind, rain, or sun, the beach was always a pleasant place in his eyes. Though truly, it was rare for Flurry to see anything in a negative light. He was not naive enough to think there was nothing but good in life, of course, however, he knew well enough that a negative outlook helped no cat. If he did not take the time to enjoy his life, then what was the point in living it?
The sand slowly gave way to rock as the feline moves along and, soon enough, he found himself having to hop from one surface to the next every few paw steps. The ground here was far more uneven than the sand, but again Flurry did not seem to mind. He merely took the changing terrain in stride, until he reached a smooth, flat rock at the edge of one of many tide pools.
Here, Flurry lay himself down on the sun-warmed surface, a contented purr rumbling in his chest as he soaked in the warmth. Perhaps he would find some signs here. Would the scouts have a good day of hunting, perhaps? Or maybe Moonwatcher would find a treasure of herbs. The possibilities, as always, were endless.
"I don't need you to respect me, I respect me. I don't need you to love me, I love me...

...but I want you to know you could know me, if you change your mind~"
